Precious Cross Product Warranty
Jewelry purchased from the Precious Cross online store is covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical faults only.
Our Commitment
Each Precious Cross piece is carefully crafted and thoroughly inspected before shipment.
The gold plating and finishes applied to our jewelry are delicate and may be affected by impacts or improper use that does not follow the care instructions provided in our Jewelry Care Guide.
For this reason, the Precious Cross warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- improper use or misuse;
- accidents or impacts;
- modifications or repair attempts;
- negligence;
- normal wear and tear;
- failure to follow our jewelry care recommendations.
What Is Not Covered by the Warranty
The following are examples of normal wear and conditions that are not covered by the Precious Cross warranty:
- Discoloration caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, or prolonged contact with water.
- Rings that have become bent or damaged through manual or heavy activities.
- Prongs that have become bent, worn, or damaged through normal wear or other external causes.
- Lost or missing stones resulting from chips, cracks, normal wear, or accidental damage.
- Broken chains, links, jump rings, clasps, or earring backs that were not reported upon delivery.
If You Experience an Issue
If you encounter a problem with your jewelry, please contact our Customer Support team.
After reviewing your request, and if the warranty conditions are met, we may offer:
- a replacement with an identical item; or
- store credit equal to the value of the jewelry.
