ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY - RETURNS - REFUNDS - CANCELLATION POLICY
All products sold by Precious Cross are new and carefully inspected before shipment. We strive to provide products of the highest quality and stand behind our merchandise.
Right to Cancel
Customers may cancel their purchase and request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify Precious Cross of their decision through a clear and unambiguous statement by email, mail, or by using the cancellation form provided below.
Once the cancellation request has been submitted, the customer has 14 additional calendar days to return the product.

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an exchange or when the return is due to an error on our part.
Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale. Customers may inspect and handle the products only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality. Any excessive handling that results in a diminished value of the product may reduce the amount of the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Personalized or custom-made products created according to the customer's specifications.

Sealed products that cannot be returned once opened due to health or hygiene reasons, including but not limited to earrings, if the protective seal has been removed.
Refunds
If the customer validly exercises their right to cancel, Precious Cross will refund all payments received for the returned products, including the standard shipping charges originally paid by the customer. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned items have been received or after the customer provides proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless the customer expressly agrees to another method.
